Future of Education Technology Conference Announces Wharton’s Adam Grant as 2021 Opening Keynote

Grant will discuss why the highest-performing organizations embrace knowledge sharing, helping and mentoring.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – June 22, 2020 – The Future of Education Technology® Conference (FETC®), an intensive, highly collaborative exploration of new technologies, best practices and pressing issues, announced today Wharton’s top-rated professor for seven straight years, Adam Grant, as the opening keynoter of the 2021 event being held January 27 – 29 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida.

Grant, recognized as one of the world’s 10 most influential management thinkers, will present Givers Take All: Creating a Culture of Productive Generosity where he will outline key strategies for building a culture of productive generosity in the education system. He will focus on urging schools to reward givers and challenging takers to adopt new behavior. Grant will also share how education leaders and schools can improve practices around selection and hiring, recognition and rewards, and collaboration and coordination – to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
