Future of Education Technology Conference Reveals Agenda and Highlighted Sessions for 2022 In-Person Event

The agenda will include a variety of sessions and workshops in five learning tracks tailored to meet the needs of educators as they strive to use education technology to solve new challenges.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – August 25, 2021 – The Future of Education Technology® Conference (FETC®), an intensive, highly collaborative exploration of new technologies, best practices and pressing issues, announced today hundreds of workshops and sessions for the 2022 event. Taking place January 25 – 28, 2022 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, the conference will feature a variety of learning opportunities where attendees will discover the latest ed tech innovations that are shaping the education landscape plus best practices for leveraging educational technology resources.

Playing With Purpose: How Great Games Can Change the World: Participants in this workshop will discover the powerful cornerstones of playful pedagogy and learn how to design meaningful, memorable classroom experiences that invite autonomy, excitement and unprecedented levels of creativity from students and teachers alike.

Let Google and Alexa Help Teach AI to Students: In this session, attendees will receive links, resources, parent permission guidelines and other tools while learning coding and more for both AI and Machine Learning.

Cybersecurity Considerations With Distance Learning and Remote Work: This session will look at the unique cybersecurity considerations when expanding networks beyond the school location, and review ways to address those considerations.

Excite, Empower, Engage Students With Diverse Learning Experiences and Content: Attendees in this session will explore creating educational experiences that integrate diverse reading material, classroom experiences, multiple viewpoints and conversations.
