Evelyn McCulloch didn’t think much about technology in the classroom until she taught third grade in Beijing, China in 2011. She was inspired by her students to reach out to the international education community, and the dialogue and collaboration she found encouraged her to delve deeper into the edtech world that was emerging at the time. Evelyn McCulloch is the Director of Technology and Innovation and a Grades 5-6 Educator in a Maker Space at Park Maitland School in Maitland, FL. She is also a Digital Learning Strategist and Google for Education Certified Trainer for i-Tech Support, Inc. Before serving teachers and students in the Orlando area, Evelyn worked at the International School of Beijing, China.
